We celebrate every victory, no matter how small, recognizing that lasting change happens one step at a time.

 Parent-owned. Person-centered.

Built by parents who needed better.

Every Step Wellness started with a question families know well: why is consistent, real support so hard to find? So they built Every Step Wellness — not as a business concept, but as the answer to a real problem they lived. Every policy, every hiring decision, every support plan reflects that origin. We stopped waiting for an answer and built the provider we wished existed.

 How we started

We searched for someone like us. We didn't find them.

Our founder is a parent of a person with disabilities and understands the frustration that can come with the care and support of people with disabilities. At Every Step Wellness, when an individual receives our services, our parent founder will be directly involved and knowledgeable about the needs of each Individual served.

Our staff have experience providing in-home and community support, community integration, skill-building, and transportation assistance — built around what each person actually needs, not a standard package. We believe in thorough training including team meet and greets and shadowing, so the right fit is established.

Our Mission, Vision and Values Statement - to empower and provide compassionate support to individuals in their pursuit of Everyday Lives. We are committed to fostering sustainable choices through personalized guidance and community connection.
